Guild Estates

Guild Estates will allow players to start their own guilds. Players can either use any owned estates to create their own guild or link them to an existing guild to increase it's influence. Estate owners earn a bonus based on the activity of the members of their guild, and the more estates under the control of a player guild, the higher its influence, resulting in a greater allocation of GUILD from the monthly reward pool.

Player guilds will have a maximum member limit based on the number of estates linked to the guild, hard capped at 50 members at launch.
